Lab-E-Shireen

I had Lab-E-Shireen one time in my life and I was IN LOVE! This Ramadan insha'Allah I will make it. I made a test batch today and it seemed to go down well. My Father-in-Law who never eats sweets had two bowls.

The recipe had called for nuts but I left those out because of my son's nut allergies.
