What I have here is China Glaze's Dorothy Who? When I think Dorothy I think Wizard of Oz and those Ruby Red Slippers. This sparkly concoction of awesome blueness really makes you forget those slippers and Dorothy.

What a gorgeous color blue! I love blue nail polish. Blue and green are my favorite colors so I try to use them as much as possible on my nails. I like your comment about Dorothy's slippers ;)
