A Walk Down Memory Lane

I was doing some cleaning and came across my sons old baby shoes.

My sister had gone on a work trip to the Yukon Territories, and she picked up these baby moccasins for him. I think he wore them 2-3 times during the winter.

These were the very first pair of shoes I bought him. Size 0-6 months. Awww.

Birthday Wear

On the 25th was my birthday. I don't really care to reveal my age, but I feel really old now :( Insha'Allah the feeling will pass. Here's a look at what I wore on that special day. I did do my eyes all fancy shmancy but I forgot to take pictures. Insha'Allah I'll recreate.

Plant Shopping

On the weekend we went to the Dallas Farmers Market. Let my just start off, if you are ever in the Dallas area, this is a place to go. With all the fruit sampling, cookie sampling, cake sampling..you have a free lunch right there. If you've ever watched that TV show Prison Break, this market was actually featured on one of the episodes. Off topic I know.

My husband wanted to get some fruit and I wanted a new plant because when I went home to visit my family he didn't water it and I can back to a dead plant:(

On friday May 6th my little baby turned 3. Selfishly I am a little sad, he's not a baby anymore. I am happy that he's growing, thriving Masha'Allah, but it really makes me sad that he doesnt need me as much.
